a movement and music-based approach to
physical, social and emotional well-being
Welcome! The MoveMe! Programme was borne of a need for arts services that cater to the autistic population. It has since evolved to include activities for children and adults with special needs, seniors and persons with dementia.
MoveMe! is a facilitated music and movement programme that seeks to engage participants in positive interactions and activities, with the objectives of creating and maintaining physical activity, cognitive and social engagement, and overall sense of well-being. The programme aspires to improve physical and mental health for its participants, and is highly adaptable to the needs of specific groups.

Why Move?
Movement is essential for development in babies and children, and important in maintaining health and daily functioning across all age groups. The MoveMe! programme provides opportunities for each individual to expand their movement range and abilities through a variety of specially-designed activities.
To “move” also refers to touching the heart – through the nonverbal mediums of music and movement, connections are created between participants of the programme.
Why Me?
“Me” refers to the self – MoveMe! seeks to affirm and acknowledge each individual, and provide a safe space for self-discovery and self-expression.
